If you are a new chiropractic patient, please choose the Initial Visit/Assessment option. If you have been away from chiropractic treatment for a year or more, please select the Re-exam option. Please note that Dr. Auclair treats patients of all ages, and Dr. Rusnak treats patients 12 years and older.

Please note that the osteopath is not taking new patients at this time. Note to her current patients - her schedule is only available until September 26th, and at this time she is fully booked. Please use the waitlist and we will do our best to call you when there is a cancellation.
